随着各行政事业单位对采购模式改革的深入,公务卡作为新的结算工具已经被越来越多的事业单位、政府机关所接纳、推广。高等职业院校的实训室作为给学生提供实训、实习、教学的主要场所,其所需的物资采购活动是实训室日常管理工作的重要内容。本文就实训室采购活动中的低值易耗品在公务卡结算环境下如何更好的开展工作,传统采购渠道给公务卡结算模式带来的诸多影响等问题进行了分析,并结合实际工作提出了电商平台购物的可行性与优点,对这种新的采购模式进行了探索与讨论。
