改进土壤中镉的测定方法。在土壤样品中加入浓硝酸和氢氟酸,在恒温干燥箱内100℃加热1h,冷却后加入2mL高氯酸,在电热板上沙浴消解,原子吸收光谱法测定样品中镉的含量。结果显示,该方法检出限为0.006mg/kg,相对标准偏差<5%,加标回收率为90%—107%。该方法样品不需高温消解,测定损失小,操作简便、快速,精密度和准确度较好。
Method for improving determination of cadmium in soil. Concentrated nitric acid and hydrofluoric acid were added to the soil samples and heated in a constant temperature oven at 100 ° C for 1 hour. After cooling, 2 mL of perchloric acid was added, digested in sand bath on a hot plate, and cadmium content was determined by atomic absorption spectrometry. The results showed that the detection limit of this method was 0.006mg / kg, the relative standard deviation was less than 5% and the recovery was 90% -107%. The method does not require high-temperature digestion sample, the determination of small losses, easy to operate, fast, precision and accuracy better.
