目的观察利多卡因联合硫酸镁外敷治疗急性痛风性关节炎的疗效。方法将痛风性关节炎患者100例随机分为A、B两组:B组口服秋水仙碱、碳酸氢钠;疼痛缓解后停秋水仙碱,改为苯溴马隆口服;A组在B组治疗的基础上给予利多卡因+硫酸镁外敷。结果 A组痛风显效率、总有效率明显高于B组。结论利多卡因联合硫酸镁外敷对痛风性关节炎疗效显著。
Objective To observe the curative effect of lidocaine combined with magnesium sulfate on acute gouty arthritis. Methods One hundred patients with gouty arthritis were randomly divided into A and B groups: Group B was given colchicine and sodium bicarbonate; after the pain was relieved, colchicine was given instead of benzbromarone; Group A was in group B On the basis of treatment given lidocaine + magnesium sulfate topical. Results A group of gout efficiency, the total effective rate was significantly higher than the B group. Conclusion Lidocaine combined with magnesium sulfate has a significant effect on gouty arthritis.
