一、景天三七,俗名:小豆瓣菜、笊篱头菜。味甘酸,性平无毒。能活血、散瘀、止血、止痛。干品3～5钱;鲜品1～2两,煎服,外用适量。杨××,男,43岁,不慎被马踢伤左肘关节,肿大瘀紫,疼痛难忍,经打针、服药数日肿痛如故。后用鲜景天三七约二斤,分成两把,一把令其分三次煎服;另一把分两次洗净捣烂醋调敷患处。如此内服、外敷两次后,痛止肿消,恢复工作。
