由于在一般坐标镗床上加工钻模板所能达到孔间距公差的经济精度为±0.01毫米,而钻模板之孔间距公差,在钻模设计时,根据经验约取零件对应孔间距公差的1/3~1/2。因此,对于按直角坐标(或极坐标)标注孔位的零件,当其孔间距(或经极—直坐标转换后的孔间距)公差≥±0.05毫米时,各厂广泛采用钻模钻孔。这里试就使用钻模钻孔零件孔间距的检验方法作一些不成熟的讨论。
