目的 研究人乳头状瘤病毒 (humanpapillomavirus,HPV) 16和 18型E6蛋白及c erbB 2和p2 1ras基因蛋白的表达与宫颈癌的关系。方法 应用免疫组化envision法 (二步法 )对宫颈鳞癌 6 4例、腺癌 2 0例、宫颈上皮瘤变 (cervi calintraepithelialneoplasia ,CIN) 30例及正常子宫颈粘膜 30例行HPV16、18E6、c erbB 2及p2 1ras染色。结果 上述各组织HPV16、18E6阳性率分别为 78 1% (5 0 / 6 4)、15 0 % (3/ 2 0 )、5 6 7% (16 / 30 )、10 0 % (3/ 30 ) ,其中鳞癌及CIN中明显高于正常宫颈组织的表达 (P <0 0 1) ,腺癌与正常宫颈组织表达无明显差异 (P >0 0 5 )。上述组织中c erbB 2及p2 1ras阳性率分别为 5 9 4% (38/ 6 4)、6 0 0 % (12 / 2 0 )、2 3 3% (7/ 30 )、10 0 % (3/ 30 )和 5 4 7% (35 / 6 4)、5 5 0 % (11/ 2 0 )、30 0 % (9/ 30 )、3 3 % (1/ 30 ) ,其中鳞癌和腺癌明显高于正常宫颈组织的表达 (P <0 0 1)。在鳞癌中 ,E6与c erbB 2同时表达 35例 ,占 5 4 7% (35 / 6 4) ,E6与p2 1ras同时表达 31例 ,占 48 4% (31/ 6 4) ,与腺癌、CIN及正常宫颈粘膜组织中二者同时表达的病例相比有明显差异 (P <0 0 1)。结论 HPV16、18E6、c erbB 2及p2 1ras与宫颈鳞癌的发生发展有一定相关性。c erbB 2?
Objective To study the relationship between the expression of E6 protein of human papillomavirus (HPV) 16 and E6, c erbB 2 and p2 1ras genes and cervical cancer. Methods Sixty-four cases of cervical squamous cell carcinoma, 20 cases of adenocarcinoma, 30 cases of cervical epithelial neoplasia (CIN) and 30 cases of normal cervical mucosa were examined by immunohistochemistry envision method (two-step method) c erbB 2 and p2 1ras staining. Results The positive rate of HPV16 and 18E6 in the above tissues was 781% (5 0/64), 15 0% (3/20), 56.7% (16/30), 100% (3/30) (P <0.01), while there was no significant difference between adenocarcinoma and normal cervical tissues (P> 0.05). The positive rates of c erbB 2 and p2 1ras in these tissues were 59.4% (38/64), 60.00% (12/20), 23.3% (7/30) and 100% (3) / 30) and 5 4 7% (35/6 4), 5 5 0% (11/20), 30 0% (9/30), 3 3% (1/30) Significantly higher than that of normal cervical tissue (P <0.01). In squamous cell carcinoma, E6 and c erbB 2 were expressed simultaneously in 35 cases, accounting for 54.7% (35/64). E6 and p21ras simultaneously expressed 31 cases (48.4%, 31/64) with adenocarcinoma , CIN and normal cervical mucosa compared to the two cases were significantly different (P <0.01). Conclusion HPV16, 18E6, c erbB 2 and p2 1ras have some correlation with the occurrence and development of cervical squamous cell carcinoma. c erbB 2?
