我所建于1973年,十多年来,围绕我盟林业生产开展了11个项目、20个专题的研究。在经费不足、科研设备简陋、试验手段落后的情况下,经全体职工的共同努力,取得了8项重要研究成果,其中获自治区科技成果奖2项,获盟科技成果奖1项。近几年在国家、省(区)级学术刊物上发表论文11篇。这些成果的推广应用,提高了我盟林业科技水平,在生产中取得了明显的经济效益,为林牧业生产的发展做出了贡献。下面从七个方面谈谈我们的经验和作法。一、改革领导体制,实行所长负责制。我们开展改革的第一步,就是党政明确分工,实行所长负责制。所长主要负责科研业务、行政性工作;书记主要抓党务和政治思
I built in 1973, more than a decade, around my forestry production carried out 11 projects, 20 thematic studies. Under the condition of lack of funds, crude research facilities and backward testing methods, the Company made eight important research achievements through the joint efforts of all the staff and workers, including 2 scientific and technological achievements awards of the autonomous region and 1 science and technology achievement award of the League. In recent years at the national, provincial (district) level academic journals published 11 papers. The popularization and application of these achievements have enhanced the level of forestry science and technology in our league and have made obvious economic benefits in production and contributed to the development of forestry and animal husbandry production. Here are seven aspects to talk about our experience and practices. First, reform the leadership system, the director responsibility system. The first step toward carrying out the reform is to clearly define the division of labor between the party and government and implement the director-in-charge system.
