全省期刊工作会议暨省期刊研究会1995年年会于6月19日—22日在嘉峪关市召开。会议传达了全国报刊管理工作会议精神和贯彻意见,总结了一年来省期刊研究会的工作,并就围绕质量、定量管理、评比分等、优生劣汰等项提出了我省期刊工作的七项任务。我部编辑参加了会议。 (小小) 省档案馆于今年7月份第四次开放档案20272卷,其中历史档案(甘肃省财政厅、民政厅形成)9566卷,建国后档案(省重、轻、石油化工、煤炭工业、畜牧、林业、邮电等20个厅局形成)10706卷。连前累计,已开放档案58809卷。 (朱崇兰) 建厂10年,荣获甘肃省A级企业、十强乡镇企业称号的平凉市上扬回族乡工扬水泥厂,今年4月建立了全市第一个乡镇企业综合档案室,保存档案320卷,计有文书档案120卷,科技档案20盒,会计档案180卷。综合档案室的建立,既保存了企业发展的历史记录,又为服务企业经营管理,创造了方便条件。 (赵希兰)
The province’s journal work conference and provincial journal research meeting in 1995 on June 19 -22 held in Jiayuguan City. The meeting conveyed the spirit of the national press conference management work and implement the opinions, summed up the work of provincial journals Research Council for a year, and on the quality, quantitative management, evaluation score, preponderance and other items proposed the province’s journals seven task. (Small) Provincial Archives in July this year the fourth open archives 20272 volumes, of which historical archives (Gansu Provincial Department of Finance, Civil Affairs Department formed) 9566 volumes, after the founding of the archives (provincial heavy, light, petrochemical, coal industry, Animal husbandry, forestry, telecommunications and other 20 Office formed) 10,706 volumes. Total before, has opened the file 58809 volumes. (Zhu Chonglan) Construction 10 years, won the A-level enterprises in Gansu Province, the top ten township enterprises in Pingliang City rose Yang Industrial Township Gongyang cement plant, in April this year established the city’s first township enterprises integrated archives, save the file 320 volumes , Accounting instruments 120 volumes, 20 files of science and technology files, accounting files 180 volumes. The establishment of a comprehensive archives not only preserves the historical record of the development of enterprises, but also creates convenient conditions for the operation and management of service enterprises.
