在分析了牵引变压器负荷特征和故障产气机理的基础上,针对牵引变压器的故障特点提出了一种基于加权灰色关联度分析的牵引变压器DGA故障诊断方法:收集了大量的故障变压器历史数据,对变压器状态分类成七种牵引变压器标准状态模式序列;选取五种变压器油色谱分析(DGA)特征气体值作为灰色关联度分析的参考因子并标准化;采用参考因子加权计算关联度。将基于加权关联度分析的故障诊断方法应用在开发的牵引变压器在线监测诊断软件中。通过分析大量的历史运行数据,诊断结果表明与沿用的电力变压器传统故障诊断方法相比,该方法有着更高的准确度。
Based on the analysis of the load characteristics of the traction transformer and the mechanism of the fault gas generation, a method of fault diagnosis for the traction transformer DGA based on the weighted gray relational grade analysis is proposed according to the fault characteristics of the traction transformer. A large number of fault transformer history data are collected, The states of the transformers were classified into seven series of standard states of traction transformers. The gas characteristics of five transformer oil chromatographic analyzes (DGA) were selected as the reference factors for gray correlation analysis and normalized. The correlations were weighted by reference factors. The method of fault diagnosis based on weighted correlation analysis is applied in the development of on-line monitoring and diagnosis software for traction transformer. By analyzing a large number of historical operating data, the diagnostic results show that this method has higher accuracy than traditional fault diagnosis methods of power transformers.
