用两个厂生产的丙硫咪唑400mg或600mg顿服驱蛔虫与钩虫,其虫卵阴转率分别达95.2%~100%与83.3%~90.0%,但驱鞭虫仅为36.0%~56.3%。用丙硫咪唑300mg顿服后半日加服噻嘧啶150mg和酚嘧啶250mg,驱蛔虫、钩虫的作用不减,尚可将鞭虫的阴转率提高到93%,从而使蛔、钩、鞭虫混合感染人群的一次治疗全阴率由丙硫咪唑单用的31.3%~66.7%递增为75.5%或88.1%。在所用的国内两个厂生产的丙硫咪唑中,不论单用或与噻嘧啶、酚嘧啶伍用‘其驱杀线虫(蛔、钩、鞭)的作用未见明显不同,但两者价格相差甚远。
