随着钢铁企业信息化进程的启动,对基础自动化的新建和改造变得非常迫切。其核心是基础自动化网络架构的建造和底层信息共享模式的设置。采用现场总线技术配以基于WebServer的通用组态软件较好地解决了这一问题。通过对基础自动化网络结构和信息共享模式的研究,给出以烧结厂为例的实用的三层控制网络的结构配置。采用基于现场总线Profibus-DP的可编程Wago现场总线系统构成控制网络,在烧结主厂房和配料车间分别设置控制主站,并设置混合料、机头机尾电除尘、筛分、成品整粒等控制子站,通过总线将控制延伸至生产设备。通过Web服务器和数据服务器的设置,既解决了系统的远程诊断与控制,同时保证了控制网络的安全性。实践表明提高了系统的可靠性和可互唤性,过程数据可开放、透明地传至企业信息系统。
With the initiation of the iron and steel enterprise informationization process, it is very urgent to build and reform the basic automation. Its core is the construction of basic automation network architecture and the setting of the underlying information sharing mode. The use of fieldbus technology with WebServer-based common configuration software to better solve this problem. Through the research on the basic automation network structure and the information sharing mode, the structural configuration of a practical three-layer control network with sintering plant as an example is given. Adopting the programmable Wago fieldbus system based on field bus Profibus-DP to form the control network, set up the control main station in the main workshop and the ingredients workshop, and set the mixture, tail electrowetter, screening, finished grain, etc. Control sub-station, the bus will be extended to control the production equipment. Through the Web server and data server settings, both to solve the system’s remote diagnosis and control, while ensuring the control of network security. Practice shows that the reliability and interoperability of the system are improved, and the process data can be transmitted openly and transparently to the enterprise information system.
