喜怒哀乐就如同五谷杂粮一样,于人总是相随相伴须臾离不开的。七情六欲中最伤人的莫过于失去亲人所引起的难以抑制的悲伤了。 世界医学界近年来在人的身心健康的综合研究中发现有越来越多的证据,证明长期的悲伤对健康有很大的杀伤力。特别是当自己的亲人不幸丧生时,对人的打击就更大了。如果不能尽快地从“丧亲”的悲伤中解脱出来,就如同掉进了泥沼中,会越陷越深,甚至把自己淹没。
