根据实测的渣厚以及壁温和水温的变化,本文着重对10t电弧炉水冷挂渣炉壁之热传递和热交换作了初步的探讨,采用简便的电弧功率转换法计算炉内辐射换热,而炉外散热,根据多层壁的公式,引出了适合于水冷挂渣炉壁的传热通式,kcal/m~2·h,并以此核算了10t电弧炉水冷挂渣炉壁的热特性,肯定了水冷挂渣炉壁的效果,指出了水冷挂渣炉壁的存在问题和改进的途径。
