目的:建立离子迁移谱技术鉴别大黄及其炮制品的方法。方法:使用电喷雾离子迁移谱技术,分别测试生大黄、熟大黄、酒大黄的甲醇提取液,并结合相关系数法,分析大黄及其炮制品的相似程度。结果:正、负离子模式下,大黄及其炮制品溶液的离子迁移谱图差异不明显,以二阶导数谱提高实验样品谱图表观分辨率,可实现大黄及其炮制品的区分。结论:离子迁移谱技术可用于大黄及其炮制品的鉴别,方法操作较为简便,具有潜在应用价值。
Objective: To establish a method for identification of rhubarb and its processed products by ion mobility spectrometry. Methods: Electro-spray ion mobility spectrometry was used to test the methanol extract of rhubarb, ripe rhubarb and rhubarb respectively. The correlation coefficient was used to analyze the similarity of rhubarb and its processed products. Results: The ion mobility spectra of rhubarb and its processed products did not show obvious difference in positive and negative ion modes. The second derivative spectrum could improve the apparent resolution of rhizoma and its processed products. Conclusion: Ion mobility spectrometry can be used to identify rhubarb and its processed products. The method is simple and convenient to operate and has potential application value.
