回顾近年来化的教育实践,教育均衡发展的观念已深入人心,教育办学条件明显改善,教育质量稳步提高,实现教育城乡均衡化已迈开十分可喜的步伐,但仍存在一些问题。一、县域城乡教育均衡发展存在的问题(一)城乡教育投入失衡1.城区教育投入大,条件好,综合资源在一定历史条件下且优质;农村学校经费少,可利用资金少,学校软硬件设施建设跟不上。(二)城乡师资结构失衡1.农村教师年龄结构欠合理。农村教师年龄偏大,部分教师不
