一、试车和振动情况我厂高压水泵的型号为 D155-170×9,泵出口压力170公斤/厘米~2,轴功率1010千瓦,转速2980转/分。在首次试车中,水泵前轴承水平方向振动120μ,经检查联轴器内孔与轴配合太松,故重新制造了一个联轴器。试车中,水泵前轴承水平方向发生了比上次更大的振动,振幅达170μ。振幅与相位如表1所示。频率结构如表2所示,振动波形如图1所示。
