本文根据圆柱芯棒轧管时的变形特点,采用数学力学方法对现有理论计算公式加以完善,导出圆柱芯棒轧管的平均单位压力值的解析式。并首次用自行设计的、全新的单位压力和摩擦力的综合测定装置,测量出在变形区内的单位压力和摩擦力的分布规律曲线及数值,从而论证理论分析结果的正确性。作者通过实验直接求解轧辊与轧件、轧件与芯棒间的摩擦系数、外端影响系数曲线以及减径区与减壁区平均单位压力的比值ε。
In this paper, according to the deformation characteristics of cylindrical core rod rolling tube, the existing theoretical calculation formula is improved by using mathematical mechanics method, and the analytical formula of the average unit pressure value of cylindrical core rod rolling tube is deduced. And for the first time with a self-designed, a new unit of pressure and friction measuring device, measured in the deformation zone of the unit pressure and friction distribution curve and numerical test results to prove the correctness of the theoretical analysis. Through experiments, the author directly solves the relationship between the friction coefficient between the rolling element and the mandrel, the influence coefficient curve of the outer end and the ratio of the average unit pressure between the reducing zone and the reducing wall.
