本文研究了影响气体光声光谱定量分析灵敏度和精度的因素,详细分析了各种噪声的影响和减少噪声的办法,实验给出了令人满意的结果。
In this paper, the factors that affect the sensitivity and accuracy of gas photoacoustic spectroscopy quantitative analysis were studied. The effects of various noises and noise reduction were analyzed in detail. The satisfactory results were obtained experimentally.
