伴随着我国经济的迅速发展,国家工业化的进程加快,环境污染事件也层出不穷。如何应对危害巨大的全社会环境污染是我们不得不需要认真严肃考虑的最紧迫问题。针对这一问题,很多专家学者认为需要采用国外的先进经验,引进环境公益诉讼。尽管在我国建立环境公益诉讼制度的呼声日益高涨,但仍然存在不少障碍,减缓了实现我国和谐社会的进程。
Accompanying the rapid economic development in our country, the process of national industrialization has been speeded up and environmental pollution incidents have also emerged one after another. How to deal with the tremendous environmental pollution in the entire society is the most urgent issue that we have to seriously consider seriously. In response to this problem, many experts and scholars believe that the need to use advanced foreign experience, the introduction of environmental public interest litigation. Despite the growing calls for the establishment of an environmental public interest litigation system in our country, many obstacles still exist, slowing down the process of achieving a harmonious society in our country.
