作者自1994年1月开始采用抽空房水C3F8惰性气体充填前房,以肾胺和低分子右旋醣酐等量混合液制成的角膜保存液作湿房,于4.0℃下保存兔眼球8只,人眼2只,保存期1-7天。以锥蓝角膜内皮染色、温度逆转试验及扫描电镜检测各保存期的角膜内皮活性,证明保存5天以内的角膜内皮细胞存活率达90%以上;温度逆转试验的角膜变薄值达55μm以上;角膜内皮细胞形态正常。采用上法保存5天的人角膜作4例部分穿透角移术,术后观察平均9个月,植片全部透明。该法简单易行,不易污染,值得进一步研究、完善、推广。
