采用酶免法对 50例正常人 (对照组 )及 98例甲状腺功能亢进 (甲亢组 )患者进行 s TSH测定。结果对照组均值为 1.581± 0 .773μIU/ ml,甲亢组为 0 .0 6 6± 0 .112 μIU/ ml,二者有显著性差异(P<0 .0 5)。表明s TSH EL ISA对甲亢有很高的诊断价值
Fifty healthy people (control group) and 98 hyperthyroidism (hyperthyroidism group) patients were tested for TSH by enzyme immunoassay. Results The average value of the control group was 1.581 ± 0.773μIU / ml, and the hyperthyroid group was 0.066 ± 0.112μIU / ml, with significant difference (P <0.05). Show s TSH EL ISA has a high diagnostic value of hyperthyroidism
