清洁服务是物业服务的重要组成部分,与物业管理服务是密不可分的。物业管理清洁工作已经超越了古人所说的＂黎明即起,洒扫庭院＂。物业清洁作为一种跨行业的清洁工作,既是物业管理的基本内容,也是环境清洁工作的重要组成部分,既有物业管理和清洁管理的双重角色,兼具技术性与服务性的双工种。清洁行业与物业管理行业都还很年轻,都面临着由劳动密集型向现代服务业转型升级的困惑。在我国,清洁行业所走过的20多年的发展历程中,清洁行业不仅取得了质的发展和飞跃。
