本文以LC60轻骨料混凝土为目标,根据绝对体积法,采用多级配粗、细集料最紧密堆积,提高轻骨料混凝土中水泥石与轻集料的粘接强度;利用硅粉的内掺替代部分水泥以及玻璃微珠替代部分轻集料,有效地改善了混凝土的孔隙结构,降低高强度混凝土的粘性,增加混凝土的流动性,有利于混凝土的强度、耐久性与施工性。同时利用外加剂与掺合料“双掺”技术,尽可能降低水胶比,提高混凝土的强度,设计出强度大于60MPa的轻骨料混凝土,从而达到轻质高强的目的。最终确定的轻骨料混凝土配合比设计,实际干表观密度为1640kg/m~3,28天强度达到67.6MPa,实现了轻质高强的设计目标。
