几年前,撒切尔夫人说过这样的话:“不要担心中国,中国不会成为持久影响世界的大国,因为它还不能产生影响世界规律的思想、理论和价值体系。中国可以出口电视机,但是它不能大量出口电视节目。”这个看法显然有一定的偏见,但中国应当对人类有所贡献,中国不仅要强盛崛起,更要文明崛起。
