目的建立眉山市及周边地区孕11~13周~(+6)正常单胎胎儿颈项透明层(Nuchal Translucency,NT)厚度的超声测量的正常参考值。方法连续性选择2013年1月-2015年5月在四川省眉山市人民医院行产前超声检查的孕11~13周~(+6)正常单胎孕妇作为研究对象,参照英国胎儿医学基金会的关于胎儿NT厚度的测量标准,对胎儿进行超声NT厚度测量,计算正常参考值。结果该研究共纳入符合条件的正常单胎胎儿1015例;其中男胎528例(52.1%),女胎487例(47.9%);孕妇年龄(28.0±7.0)岁。采用正态分布法(x±1.96 s)计算胎儿NT厚度正常值为:NT=(1.74±0.60)mm,95%参考值范围为:0.564~2.916 mm。NT厚度在不同性别胎儿之间存在差异(t=3.761,P<0.01),不同孕妇年龄的胎NT厚度平均水平之间差异有统计学意义(F=5.381,P<0.05),两两比较发现,≥35岁年龄孕妇胎儿NT厚度大于其他年龄段(与其他各年龄段相比,均P<0.05)。结论该研究初步建立了眉山地区妊娠早期(孕11~13周~(+6))正常单胎胎儿的NT厚度参考值范围。
Objective To establish a normal reference value for the ultrasonographic measurement of the thickness of Nuchal Translucency (NT) in 11 ~ 13 weeks ~ (+6) normal single fetus fetus in Meishan City and surrounding areas. Methods Continuous selection Pregnant 11 ~ 13 weeks ~ (+6) normal singleton pregnant women underwent prenatal ultrasound examination in Meishan City People’s Hospital of Sichuan Province from January 2013 to May 2015 as the research object. According to the British Fetal Medicine Foundation Of fetal NT thickness measurement standards, the fetus NT thickness measurement, calculate the normal reference value. Results A total of 1015 eligible singleton fetuses were enrolled. Among them, 528 were male fetuses (52.1%), 487 (47.9%) were female fetuses and (28.0 ± 7.0) years were pregnant women. The normal distribution of fetal NT thickness was calculated using the normal distribution method (x ± 1.96 s): NT = (1.74 ± 0.60) mm and 95% reference range: 0.564 ~ 2.916 mm. There was a significant difference in NT thickness between different sexes (t = 3.761, P <0.01). There was a significant difference between the average NT thickness in different pregnant women (F = 5.381, P <0.05) The NT thickness of pregnant women ≥35 years old was greater than other age groups (P <0.05 compared with other age groups). Conclusion The study initially established the reference range of NT thickness of normal singleton fetuses in early pregnancy (11 ~ 13 weeks ~ (+6)) in Meishan area.
