本文临床报道运用滋阴活血法并拟方补阴通脑汤治疗缺血性中风 42例 ,结果治愈 1 4例 ,显效 1 6例 ,有效 9例 ,总有效率 92 .85%。证明滋阴活血法能够改善缺血性中风患者血液高凝状态 ,恢复缺血区血供 ,对肢体功能的康复有显著的意义。
