随着计算机技术的发展,在数控机床中运用计算机技术也得到了较快的发展。早期数控机床主要由数字逻辑电路组成硬件数控系统,即NC系统,随着计算技术的运用,该系统已被淘汰,取而代之的是计算机数控系统,即CNC系统。CNC系统在存储能力及运算速度方面大幅提高,且柔性较为良好。本文主要是在装备CNC系统基础上的数控车床进行分析,对其C刀具补偿下的过切现象进行研究,并提出解决的措施。
With the development of computer technology, the use of computer technology in CNC machine tools has also been rapid development. Early CNC machine tool mainly consists of digital logic circuit hardware CNC system, that NC system, with the use of computing technology, the system has been eliminated, replaced by a computer numerical control system, that is, CNC system. CNC system in the storage capacity and computing speed significantly increased, and the flexibility is better. This article mainly analyzes the CNC lathe based on the CNC system, researches the over-cutting phenomenon of its C cutter compensation, and puts forward the solution.
