以嫁接茄子为试材,采用内置式秸秆反应堆方法,研究了在不同秸秆使用量条件下秸秆反应堆对温室环境及嫁接茄子耐冷生理指标的影响。结果表明:以667m~2添加秸秆量6 500kg处理表现最优,与对照相比温室内气温和地温分别提高了1.35~3.38℃和1.54~1.92℃,CO_2浓度提高了168~233μL·L~(-1);此外,667m~2添加秸秆量6 500kg处理显著增强了茄子叶片超氧化物歧化酶、过氧化物酶和过氧化氢酶等保护酶的活性,提高脯氨酸、可溶性糖等保护性物质含量,降低茄子叶片丙二醛含量,并且显著提高根系活力。综合来看,667m~2添加秸秆量6 500kg的秸秆反应堆能够改善温室环境条件,增强茄子耐低温性能,具有很好的推广应用价值。
The grafted eggplant was used as experimental material to study the influence of straw reactor on greenhouse environment and physiological characteristics of grafted eggplant under different straw dosage using built-in straw reactor. The results showed that the treatment with 6 500 kg straw added at 667 m 2 showed the best performance. Compared with the control, the temperature and the soil temperature in the greenhouse increased by 1.35 ~ 3.38 ℃ and 1.54 ~ 1.92 ℃, respectively, and the CO 2 concentration increased by 168 ~ 233 μL·L ~ -1).
