一、案例背景本节属于人教版选修三专题一《基因工程》中《DNA重组技术的基本工具》的一部分内容,限制酶是DNA重组的一种基本工具,能识别DNA中特定碱基顺序,并在特定位点切割双链DNA的核酸内切酶。它在生物学中应用相当广泛,用来构建重组DNA分子,是基因工程的基础。它是基因工程中最难把握的知识点,近几年的高考对这种酶的考查特别重视。在新授课中,可能它的地位并不能完全显现出来,这主要受学生的知识水平和理解能力的限制。但是,在复习课中,由于没有了上述限制,师生有必要站在一个更高的角度来俯瞰这个概念,进行融会贯通的复习。
