女性农民工是新生代农民工不可忽略的重要组成部分,她们用自己的青春和汗水为深圳的工业化和城市化做出了不可磨灭的重要贡献,她们的劳动关系、利益诉求和权益保障情况是政府制定相应的公共政策的基础信息。本报告主要基于2010年5～6月“深圳市总工会职工综合调查”收集的1668名新生代女性农民工的数据,从受访者的基本情况、工作与收入、劳动关系三个方面来分析深圳新生代女性农民工的劳动关系,为有关部门做出改善新生代女性农民工的决策、实现基本公共服务均等化提供数据支持。
