对恩薯2号甘薯施用不同含量的硒矿粉、富硒复混肥和Na2SeO3溶液3种硒肥,研究甘薯的表现与富硒量。结果表明,3种硒源均可以提高甘薯的含硒量;甘薯块根的富硒能力高于叶片,成熟的叶片富硒量高于幼嫩的叶片;甘薯块根的含硒量分布不同,其表皮>中部>头部、尾部,头部和尾部的差别较小;3种硒源的当季利用效果以Na2SeO3最好,其叶面喷施的浓度应低于200mg/L,浓度达到400mg/L时,叶片灼伤加重,植株含硒量下降。在试验的范围内,未出现硒矿粉、富硒复混肥对甘薯的肥害现象。
The sweet potatoes were treated with different contents of selenium powder, selenium-enriched compound fertilizer and Na2SeO3 solution to study their performance and selenium content. The results showed that all the three selenium sources could increase the selenium content of sweet potato. The selenium-enriched ability of sweet potato tuberous roots was higher than that of leaves and the mature leaves were higher than that of young leaves.
