目的调查分析一起食物中毒暴发的原因,查明导致此事件的致病因子、传播途径和感染来源,为治疗和预防食物中毒提供依据。方法运用流行病学调查方法调查事件基本情况、临床特征及三间分布、卫生学调查和实验室检测,对食物中毒事件原因进行分析判断。结果此次食物中毒与食用生猪血制品有关,结合临床特征及三间分布、卫生学调查和实验室检测,判定本次事件是生猪血制品引起沙门菌污染食物所致。结论通过实施食物中毒流行病学调查,对食物中毒预防和控制具有重要意义。
Objective To investigate the causes of food poisoning outbreaks and identify the causative agents, routes of transmission and sources of infection that led to this event and provide the basis for the treatment and prevention of food poisoning. Methods The epidemiological investigation method was used to investigate the basic situation, clinical features, distribution, hygiene investigation and laboratory tests, and to analyze the causes of food poisoning incidents. Results The food poisoning was related to the consumption of raw pig blood products. Combined with the clinical features and three distributions, the hygiene investigation and laboratory tests concluded that the incident was due to the contamination of food caused by Salmonella by pig blood products. Conclusion The epidemiological investigation of food poisoning is of great significance to the prevention and control of food poisoning.
