柳州华锡集团有限责任公司是一个以多种有色金属回收、采矿、选矿、冶炼、加工联合生产的特大型企业,现有员工16462人,党员3041人,占员工总数的18.86％。公司从1989年始就开展了民主评议党员工作,并从1992年起拓宽延伸到民主评议党支部(以下简称“双评”工作),有效地加强了基层党组织的建设及对党员的教育、管理和监督,促进了党组织、党员先进性的发挥,推动了企业的两个文明建设。
