以数理统计及概率论为基础的计数抽样检查方法,是通过抽取整批产品中部分样品的检查结果来判断全部产品是否符合质量要求的一种方法。从本世纪三十年代开始,就有某些工业先进的国家率先应用于对批量生产的产品质量检查。由于这种方法比较科学、合理,因而为越来越多的国家所采用。尤其是当国际标准化组织于1974年制订了ISO2859-1974一计数抽样方法标准以后,抽样法的实践和理论更是得到很大的发展。我国是在1981年采用该国际标准来制订GB2828-81《逐批检查计数抽样程序及抽样表》的,又于1987年颁布了经修订后的标准GB2828-87。这是我国一个重要的基础标
The counting sampling inspection method based on mathematical statistics and probability theory is a method of judging whether or not all products meet the quality requirements by taking the inspection results of some samples in the entire batch of products.
