采用应变片测量方法,对同一基础油不同稠化剂或同一稠化剂不同基础油的脂进行对比实验。实验结果指出,脂膜的初始膜厚比它的基础油膜厚,脂膜厚度将随使用时间的增长而逐渐减小,一直到某一稳定状态,稳定膜厚约为基础油膜的70~75%。选用脂润滑时,低速运转轴承宜选用高粘度的矿物油为基础油的脂,高速时选用低粘度合成油为基础油的脂。脂膜厚度估算公式为h_a=(0.7~0.75)h_f,式中h_f为基础油富油时理论油膜厚度。附图12幅,表1个,参考文献10篇。
Using the strain gauge measurement method, comparative experiments were conducted on the same base oil with different thickeners or the same thickener with different base oils. The experimental results show that the initial film thickness of the lipid film is thicker than that of the base film, and the thickness of the fat film gradually decreases with the increase of the use time till a stable state. The stable film thickness is about 70 to 75% . Selection of grease lubrication, low-speed bearings should use high-viscosity mineral oil-based grease, high-speed selection of low viscosity synthetic oil-based grease. Lipid thickness estimation formula is h_a = (0.7 ~ 0.75) h_f, where h_f is the theoretical oil film thickness when the base oil is rich. Figure 12, Table 1, 10 references.
