从目前我国药品不良反应的事件来看，呈现出逐渐增加的趋势。本文着重从近年来我国药品不良反应的事件以及法律的缺失进行分析，依据外国针对不良反应所制定的法律法规，提出了相关的建议和策略。认为我国应该从药品不良反应的构成、所需要承担的法律责任，通过正确的途径，完善相关的法律制定，从而保障患者的权益。
