本文报告临床上使用48K APPLE II Plus微型计算机,以APPLESOFT BASIC语言自行编写程序,对476例经手术治疗或探查的原发性肝癌,每例包括61个项目的资料进行贮存和分析。贮存采用随机文件方式,便于对任何一个项目(如随访结果)进行修改。需要时在160分钟内即可获得12个方面126个有价值的分析数据。重点对比了亚临床与临床肝癌外科治疗的结果,包括寿命表法生存率。这种大批量贮存方式的优点是高效率,准确,并可重复使用。
This report reports the use of the 48K APPLE II Plus microcomputer in the clinic and the APPLESOFT BASIC language to write its own procedures for the storage and analysis of 476 cases of primary liver cancer that have been surgically treated or probed, including 61 items per case. Storage uses random documents to facilitate the modification of any item (such as follow-up results). Twelve 126 valuable analytical data can be obtained within 160 minutes when needed. The results of surgical treatment of subclinical and clinical liver cancers were compared with emphasis, including life table survival. The advantages of this bulk storage method are high efficiency, accuracy, and reusability.
