由于可用于国际化的资源数量较少,人们普遍认为小企业进入国外市场面临着一个很大的挑战。但是,通过人际网络,企业可以获取外部资源并利用外部资源来帮助其发起国际化。因此,人们需要掌握小企业的国际化、有关国际化的影响因素的知识以及从社会关系水平上进行分析。目前的研究关注的是小型高新技术企业国际化的发起,尤其是集中于研究社会网络及其对国际化的影响。本文通过应用以实证为基础的框架来理解一个社会网络在小企业国际化发起中的作用。该框架把个人关系的作用看作是关于国外商业机会和潜在国际商业伙伴等重要信息的来源,此外,社会关系是实现国际关系的重要通道。本文在现有研究的基础上提出了一个非常有意义的观点,即人际网络在小企业国际化的发起中起着调解作用。该调解为小企业提供了宣传、交流和合法性,从而开创了第一次国际交流和国际业务关系的发展。
Due to the small number of resources available for internationalization, it is generally accepted that small businesses face a big challenge in entering foreign markets. However, through personal networks, businesses can access external resources and leverage external resources to help them internationalize. Therefore, people need to know the internationalization of small businesses, their knowledge of the factors influencing internationalization and their analysis from the perspective of social relations. The current study focuses on the initiation of internationalization of small-scale high-tech enterprises, focusing in particular on social networks and their implications for internationalization. This article uses an evidence-based framework to understand the role of a social network in the initiation of small business internationalization. The framework views the role of personal relationships as a source of important information about business opportunities abroad and potential international business partners. In addition, social relations are an important channel for achieving international relations. Based on the existing research, this article puts forward a very significant point of view, that is, interpersonal networks play a mediating role in the initiation of the internationalization of small businesses. The mediation provided advertising, exchange and legitimacy to small businesses, thus creating the first international exchange and development of international business relationships.
