自从我因实行分层目标管理以来,我一直担任班长工作。开始,我认为只要在园长领导下各人尽心尽力,把工作完成好就行了,不必再设什么班长。但几年实践下来,我越来越体会到实行分层管理的优越性。一个班虽小,但它担负着几十名幼儿的保教重任,牵动着几十位家长的心。要想顺利完成这一重任,必须有一个团结和谐的班集体,必须有人负责班组内外的协调工作。如果每个班组都能在班长带领下相对独立地开展工作,园领导就能从琐碎的事务中解脱
Since I manage because of the hierarchical target, I have been working as a squad leader. In the beginning, I think as long as everyone under the leadership of the chief dedication and work done on the line, no longer have to set the squad leader. But after years of practice, I have come to realize more and more the superiority of implementing hierarchical management. A class is small, but it carries dozens of young children’s educational mission, affecting dozens of parents heart. In order to successfully accomplish this important task, we must have a class unit that is united and in harmony. Someone must be responsible for coordinating the work both inside and outside the squad. If each team can work relatively independently under the leadership of a squad leader, the park leader can be freed from trivial matters
