目的探讨两种中药材谷精珠基原植物(华南谷精草和毛谷精草)生药学的鉴别方法。方法采用形态性状观察和显微观察的方法对华南谷精草和毛谷精草的花序及花葶等部位进行观察分析。结果华南谷精草和毛谷精草在花序头状外观、花葶、纵切面、雄花、雌花、线性花瓣、种子等性状方面存在差别,在种子显微特征和花葶横切面的显微特征也存在细小差别。结论华南谷精草和毛谷精草在总花托纵切面、苞片、种子形状等方面均存在差异,可以将这些差别作为鉴别华南谷精草和毛谷精草的主要依据。
OBJECTIVE To investigate the biopharmaceutical identification methods of two kinds of Chinese herbal medicine Glechs basilicum (Hedysarum saxifraga and Ceratoides arborescens). Methods Morphological traits and microscopic observation methods were used to observe the inflorescences and the scallops of the grass, Results There was a difference in the appearances of flower heads, flowers, longitudinal section, male flowers, female flowers, linear petals, There are also minor differences. Conclusion There are differences in the longitudinal section, bracts and seed shape between the two cultivars. The differences can be used as the main basis to distinguish the two cultivars.
