科技部网站消息,上海积极响应、贯彻落实国家新能源汽车发展战略。2013年向国家四部委申报了《上海市新能源汽车推广应用实施方案(2013-2015年)》并获得批准,近期将以市政府名义向全市发布和实施。结合国家要求和上海新能源汽车发展实际,上海的方案进一步明确了到2015年上海实现13000辆新能源汽车推广应用目标。其中,外地品牌车辆不低于30%;本市新增或更新的公交、公务、环卫、物流车辆中新能源汽车比例不低于30%。进一步完善基础设施建设,实现网络化、便利化,新建各类充电桩6000个左右。具体的年度推广目标:2013-2014年共推广约4000辆、2015年推广9000辆左右。按照车型分为新能源乘用车9500辆、客
