熊耳岭岩体位于河南省卢氏县龙驹街至熊耳岭一带。呈北西—南东向延伸的椭圆形复式岩基。出露面积约65平方公里。岩体北部与陶湾群地层呈断层接触,南侧与宽坪群呈侵入接触(图1)。该岩体过去没有同位素地质年龄资料,一直被误认为是燕山期产物。笔者经过各种室内外研究,认为:熊耳岭岩体应属加里东期产物,岩体年龄为450百万年左右。
Bear ear ridge rock is located in Henan Province Lushi County Juju Street to Bear ear ridge area. An oval-shaped composite rock base that extends from NW-SW. Exposed an area of about 65 square kilometers. The northern part of the rock mass is in fault contact with the Taowan Group, and the southern part is intruded into the Kuanping group (Figure 1). The rock mass has no isotopic geological age data and has been mistakenly identified as a Yanshanian product. After a variety of indoor and outdoor research, the author believes that the Xiong’erling rock mass should belong to the Caledonian period and the rock mass is about 450 million years old.
