目的:对松节和杉木两种药材进行比较鉴别研究。方法:采用性状鉴别、显微鉴别和薄层色谱法鉴别。结果:松节和杉木的射线和管胞以及后含物都有明显的区别;薄层色谱图中,松节特有1个紫色斑点和1个浅红色斑点(为其特有的醚溶性特征),而杉木无,两者鉴别特征显著。结论:采用性状鉴别、显微鉴别和薄层色谱法均能有效的鉴别松节和杉木,为松节药材的质量标准规范提供了依据。
Objective: To compare the identification of two Chinese medicinal materials, Pine and Chinese fir. Methods: Character identification, microscopic identification and thin layer chromatography identification. Results: There was a significant difference between the rays and tracheids of Pinus sylvestris and Cunninghamia lanceolata, and the contents of the tragacanth. There were one purple spot and one reddish spot in Pinus sylvestris, which was the characteristic of ether-soluble, However, there is no significant difference between the two. Conclusion: The identification of Pinus tabulaeformis and Cunninghamia lanceolata can be effectively discriminated by trait identification, microscopic identification and TLC, which provides the basis for the quality standard of Pinus sylvestris.
