近年来,边疆民族地区群体性事件时有发生,成为影响民族地区社会安全稳定的重大隐患。本文从心理失衡与公民意识、国家认同的弱化,法律意识与社会规范的确立,以及发展意识在消解边疆民族地区群体性矛盾的三个层面上,紧密结合当前边疆民族地区的社会现状和一些典型事件,试图对民族地区群体性事件作以全面、深度、多角度的审视。
In recent years, mass incidents have taken place in border ethnic areas from time to time, becoming a major hidden danger affecting the social security and stability in ethnic areas. From the three aspects of psychological unbalance and civic awareness, the weakening of national identity, legal awareness and social norms, and the awareness of development in dispelling the mass conflicts in frontier ethnic regions, this paper closely integrates the current social situation in the frontier ethnic regions and some typical Incident, attempting to conduct a comprehensive, in-depth and multi-perspective examination of mass incidents in ethnic areas.
