学生是语言文字训练的主体。语言训练“是语文教学一个永恒的话题,”说“是人们交流思想,传播信息的重要形式。纵观当前的课堂教学实践,在课改理念的引领下,教师的语言训练意识比较强,但对怎样有效地进行语言文字训练还不得要领,具体体现在:课内不训练,课外训练,训练缺乏过程,训练形式化。作为一个语文教师,课堂是学生获取知识,形成能力的主渠道,是训练说话、提高能力的主要场所。要精心挖掘语文因素,认真分析课文的语文因素,采用多种形式,强化对学生的语言训练。因此教师要把培养说话能力写进每节课教学目标,讲求科学、系统、规范、有效的训练方法,锻炼学生”说“的能力。
