近年来,在党中央、国务院和各级党委、政府的高度重视下,我国的高等教育事业得到了迅猛发展。由于立法和管理工作滞后,高校治安情况日趋复杂,威胁师生安全和干扰学校正常教学秩序的各类刑事、治安案件时有发生,不安定事端增多。为此,笔者提出了对策。 In recent years, with the great attention given by the CPC Central Committee and the State Council and party committees and governments at all levels, the cause of higher education in our country has witnessed rapid development.
