青番茄:因含有龙葵硷,对胃肠黏膜有较强的刺激作用,对中枢神经有麻痹作用,会引起呕吐、头晕、流涎等症状,生食危害更大。无根豆芽:目前市场上出售的无根豆芽多数是以激素和化肥生发的,这类含氮化合物在肠道细菌的作用下,会转化为亚硝胺,长期食用能让人患胃癌、肝癌、食道癌、直肠癌等。没煮熟的四季豆:如食用没煮熟的四季豆,或外表是青色的菜豆,便会中毒,导致头昏、呕吐,严重者甚至致人死亡。发芽和变青的土豆:这类土豆与青番茄一样、含有龙葵硷,因此不应食用。
