本文对帽儿山试验点的红皮云杉(Picea koraiensis Nakai)10个种源的子代性状进行了研究,结果表明:红皮云杉天然分布区内存在着丰富的遗传变异,影响性状变异的决定因素是经度,子代生长性状的变异与经度呈正相关。根据子代的生长、适应性和形态等综合性状的主分量分析结果及气候区划的验证,将红皮云杉的天然分布区划分为四个种源区,即克什克腾种源区(Ⅰ)、穆棱种源区(Ⅱ)、伊春种源区(Ⅲ)、黑河种源区(Ⅳ)。在各种源生长性状的多重比较的基础上,初步选出帽儿山及毗邻地区的最佳种源是乌伊岭种源。
In this paper, the offspring traits of 10 provenances of Picea koraiensis Nakai at Mao’er Mountain were studied. The results showed that there are abundant genetic variation in the natural distribution area of Picea koraiensis, affecting the variation of traits The determinant of longitude, offspring growth trait variation and longitude was positively correlated. Based on the results of principal component analysis (PCA) of comprehensive traits such as growth, adaptability and morphology of offspring and the verification of climatic zonation, the natural distribution area of Picea koraiensis was divided into four provenance areas, Ⅰ), Muling provenance (Ⅱ), Yichun provenance (Ⅲ) and Heihe provenance (Ⅳ). Based on multiple comparisons of growth traits of all kinds of provenances, the best provenance of Mao’er Mountain and its adjacent area was the Wuyuling provenance.
