分析基于数字式油量测量方法的数字式测量系统的组成和测量原理。采用以UG软件为基础的润滑油质量特性计算方法生成姿态-油量-高度数据表,用坐标变换的方法计算不同飞行姿态不同过载下的油液液面角,用三维线性插值的方法计算润滑油量。并利用VOF数值计算模型对不同过载下润滑油箱中的自由液面的运动情况进行模拟。结果表明:利用UG建模生成姿态-高度-油量数据表的方法准确实用,用VOF模型方法追踪连续介质的相界面,对润滑油的运动情况有定性的认识,而且能对数字式测量方法的测量死区进行数值模拟并计算其对应的体积,是对数字式测量的一个补充。
Analyze the composition and measurement principle of digital measuring system based on digital oil quantity measuring method. The attitude-oil-height data table is generated by calculating the quality characteristic of lubricating oil based on UG software. The liquid level angle under different overload of different flight attitude is calculated by the coordinate transformation method, and the lubrication is calculated by three-dimensional linear interpolation Oil volume. The VOF numerical calculation model was used to simulate the free surface movement in the lubricating oil tank under different overloads. The results show that the method of generating the attitude-height-oil data table using UG modeling is accurate and practical. The VOF model method is used to track the phase interface of continuous media and has a qualitative understanding of the lubricating oil movement. Moreover, Of the measured dead zone for numerical simulation and calculate the corresponding volume, is a digital measurement supplement.
