目的建立毛细管色谱法检测纯牛奶中敌百虫农药残留的快速检测方法。方法用乙腈对纯牛奶中的敌百虫进行提取,通过CP-Si119 CB分离,再利用气相色谱-脉冲火焰光度检测器检测。结果结果敌百虫产生四种分解产物,定量分析呈现良好的线性关系,相关系数大于0.99,在纯牛奶中添加1、2、5倍检测限浓度水平回收率在80%~105%之间,RSD在7%~10%之间,在CP-Si119 CB上最小检测浓度为0.01 mg/kg。结论检测能满足方法学要求,可供其他实验室借鉴。
Objective To establish a rapid method for the determination of trichlorfon pesticide residues in pure milk by capillary chromatography. Methods The trichlorfon in pure milk was extracted with acetonitrile, separated by CP-Si119 CB and detected by gas chromatography-pulsed flame photometric detector. Results The trichlorfon produced four decomposition products. The quantitative analysis showed a good linear relationship, the correlation coefficient was greater than 0.99. The detection limits of 1,2,5-fold levels in pure milk were between 80% and 105% RSD was between 7% and 10%, and the minimum detectable concentration on CP-Si119 CB was 0.01 mg / kg. Conclusion The test can meet the methodological requirements for reference by other laboratories.
